RPM is a specialized manufacturer of custom prototype, and low and medium volume production parts for automotive and medical, and consumer electronic industries around the world. Our high caliber experienced engineers closely work with our clients’ engineers to make sure that prototype, and production parts we manufacture for our customers meet all design specifications. RPM’s manufacturing processes are excellent for customers’ new designs. We can make prototypes and sample parts to check that the finished parts meet required design specifications and achieved full functionalities. Our in-house tooling and molding experts enable us to create prototypes and sample parts that precisely match our clients’ design specifications over any number of design iterations.

We also have in-house capabilities to measure, and test parts. We have hybrid (touch, and non-touch) type coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and CT-scan machine to measure parts dimensionally. We also have helium leak tester, air leak tester, and hi-pot testers to check leak and electricity continuity. By working with present customers such as Hyundai, KIA, Aptiv, Delphi, Nexteer and Siemens RPM has learned not only their standards but their customers as well.
